About the speaker

Mr WONG Chiu Yeung Cedric is an education leader who succeeds across primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, as well as in entrepreneurial, government, and corporate environments.

Mr WONG is the Head of English at SKH Chan Young Secondary School (Junior). He is a winner of the Educational Research Award (EDB). A respected voice in local pedagogy, his articles are published in the Hong Kong Teachers' Centre Journal and Hong Kong Educational Research Journal. He has also presented his research at the HKERA-APERA International Conference, the English Language Teaching Unit Conference (CUHK), International Summit on the Use of AI in Language Learning and Teaching 2026 (PolyU) and L and T Expo (upcoming).

Previously, he was a university course developer, a curriculum consultant, a primary school teacher, and an Administrative Officer in the Government.
