Sayo Academy Plans Overview

Sayo Academy offers flexible plans to suit individual educators, students, and entire schools. Whether you are just getting started or need advanced AI capabilities for your institution, we have a plan for you.

1. Free Plan

Our accessible starting point for everyone.

  • Access: Basic access to Sayo Academy features.
  • Credits: Includes a limited number of AI credits per month.
  • Best for: Trying out the platform, exploring basic tools, and light usage.

2. Sayo Academy Pro (Personal Plan)

Designed for individual teachers and power users who need advanced capabilities.

  • Pricing: $20 USD / month (or $15 USD / month if billed annually).
  • Features Include:
    • Access to all AI Generations without restrictive limits.
    • Advanced Grading Assistant (AI Marker).
    • Interactive Classrooms.
    • Access to Community Agents.
    • Priority Support and Early Access to New Features.
  • Best for: Educators looking to save hours on lesson planning and grading.

3. Organization Plan

A custom-tailored solution for schools, districts, and large educational institutions.

  • Pricing: Custom quote based on your institution's needs.
  • Features Include:
    • All Pro features included for your staff.
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) and LMS Integration.
    • Advanced Admin and District Analytics.
    • Dedicated Success Manager and Custom Onboarding.

Subscription Policies & Managing Your Plan

When you subscribe to Sayo Academy Pro, your payments are securely processed. Here is what you need to know about managing your plan:

Monthly vs. Annual Billing

  • Monthly Billing: You are billed once a month. You pay $20 USD (or equivalent in HKD).
  • Annual Billing: You are billed once a year at a discounted rate ($15 USD/month, billed as $180 USD/year or equivalent in HKD). This is the best value if you plan to use the platform long-term.

Accepted Payment Methods

We securely process payments via Stripe. Currently, we accept the following major credit and debit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Upgrading Your Plan

If you decide to switch from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan to take advantage of the discount:

  • The change is typically processed immediately.
  • Any unused time on your current monthly cycle will be prorated and applied to your new annual charge.

Canceling or Downgrading

You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your Account Settings (Billing Portal):

  • Effectiveness: If you cancel, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel halfway through your month, you keep Pro access for the rest of that month.
  • After Cancellation: Once the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free Plan. Your data is safe, but your AI generation limits will be reduced according to the Free Plan limits.

How to Access the Billing Portal

To view your invoices, change your payment method, or manage your subscription:

  1. Open the Sidebar.
  2. Click on User Settings or Credits.
  3. Select Manage Billing to open the secure Stripe portal.
