Sayo Apps
Sayo Apps are interactive mini apps your teacher adds to the classroom. They can be quizzes, games, practice activities, calculators, or anything else your teacher has built. You run them directly in the browser — no downloads needed.
Every classroom can have its own set of apps, so what you see depends on what your teacher added.
Where to Find Them
- Open your Classroom.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Sayo Apps tab.
- You'll see a grid of app cards. Each card shows the app's name and a short description.
- Click a card to open that app.
Your classroom may also have an AI Agents tab. Those are chat-based helpers — different from Sayo Apps. See Classroom AI Agents if you want to know more about those.
Running an App
- Click the app card to open it.
- The app loads in a full-screen view. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- To go back to the app list, click the back arrow at the top left.
Each app works differently. Some are games you interact with, some ask questions, and some are tools you can use freely. Read any instructions the app shows before starting.
Submitting Your Answers
Some apps have a Submit button inside them. When you finish an activity and the app asks you to submit:
- Complete the activity inside the app.
- Click the Submit button inside the canvas (it's part of the app itself, not the page).
- Your answers are sent to your teacher.
Not all apps have a submit feature — if there is no Submit button, the app is just for practice and nothing is sent.
Tips
- If the app doesn't load or something looks broken, try refreshing the page.
- You can open and reuse an app as many times as you like unless your teacher has set a limit.
