What is a Classroom?
A Classroom is your online learning space.
Each classroom is for one subject or class that your teacher created.
Inside the classroom, you will find:
- Lessons and homework
- Interactive Agents
- Sayo Apps
- Your progress
- Classmates
How to Enter a Classroom
First, log in to the Student Portal.
You can open a classroom in two ways:
- From the Sidebar — click the classroom name on the left
- From My Classes — click the classroom card on
/students/rooms
What You See in the Classroom
When you open a classroom, you will see:
Header (top of the page)
- Title — the name of the class (example: "Science")
- Subject — the subject area (example: Maths, English)
- Teacher's Name — the teacher in charge of the class
Navigation Bar (menu under the header)
- Dashboard — announcements and pending homework
- Analytics — your activity and progress in this class
- Material — study materials shared by the teacher
- Homework — assignments you need to complete
- Interactive Agents — chat helpers added by your teacher
- Sayo Apps — interactive apps your teacher pinned
- History — past Interactive Agent conversations in this room
- Members — your teacher and classmates

How to Join a Classroom
Method 1: Join with a code
- Log in to the Student Portal
- Click Join Class in the header
- Enter the Join Code from your teacher
- Click Join Room
Method 2: Join with an invite link
Your teacher may share a link such as /rooms/join?joinCode=…. Open the link while signed in and the classroom is added automatically.
