What Sayo Chat can build for you while you chat: interactive apps (Canvas), printable documents and quizzes, PowerPoint-style slides, and charts or diagrams. Explains the Tools menu and the side panel where your work opens. Use this for questions about creating a document, app, quiz, slide deck, or chart directly inside Sayo Chat — not the standalone tools on the /tools page.
Tools in Sayo Chat
While you chat, Sayo can build things for you and open them in a panel next to the conversation. It can create:
Interactive apps — quizzes, games, calculators, and simulations (Canvas)
Documents — printable notices, worksheets, lesson plans, and quizzes
Presentations — slide decks for a lesson or briefing
Charts and diagrams — graphs, flowcharts, and side-by-side comparisons
These are separate from the full-page tools on the AI Tools page. The tools here are used inside the chat itself.
You can just ask
You do not need to turn anything on. Ask in plain words — for example, "Make a worksheet on the water cycle" or "Build a multiplication practice game" — and Sayo picks the right tool on its own.
The Tools menu
If you want to point Sayo toward a specific result, open the Tools menu (the Tools button under the chat box). You can switch on:
Web — search the internet for up-to-date information
Chart — draw a chart, diagram, or comparison
Canvas — build an interactive app
Document — write a printable document you can export to PDF
PowerPoint — build a slide presentation
Each tool you switch on shows as a small chip above the chat box. Click the × on a chip to turn it off.
The side panel
When Sayo builds an app, document, or presentation, a card appears in the chat. Click it to open the work in a panel beside your conversation.
Keep chatting to ask for changes — Sayo updates the same panel.
Fullscreen gives you a larger view.
Close the panel any time; click the card again to reopen it.
Charts and diagrams are different — they appear directly in the chat, not in the side panel.
Credits
Each message you send in Sayo Chat uses the normal chat credit. Creating a document, presentation, chart, or app while you chat does not cost anything extra.
