Learn how to view and update your profile details, manage connected accounts, check remaining credits, and contact the Sayo Academy team.

Accessing Your Account Menu

To manage your account, click the profile icon (the small circle with your picture) at the top-right corner of the page.

A small dropdown menu will appear with four options:

  1. Manage Account
  2. Credit
  3. Contact Us
  4. Sign Out

When you click any of the first three options, a pop-up window will appear where you can view or update your information.
Clicking Sign Out will log you out of your account immediately.

Manage Account

Selecting Manage Account opens the Profile Details window, which contains several sections and tabs.

1. Profile

  • Shows your name and profile picture.
  • You can upload or change your profile picture by clicking the Update Profile button.

2. Email Addresses

  • Displays the email addresses linked to your account.
  • You can add new or remove existing email addresses here.

3. Connected Accounts

  • Allows you to link your Sayo Academy account with Microsoft or Google.
  • If not already connected, you can do so here to simplify login and syncing.

Security Tab

Within the same window, switch to the Security tab to manage your account safety settings.

Here you can:

  • Set or change your password.
  • View active devices currently logged in with your account.

💡 Use this section to regularly review which devices have access to your account.

Credit Tab

The Credit tab displays your remaining credit balance — this represents how many credits you currently have available for using AI or other premium features.

From here, you can view your total credits and track how much is left on your account.

⚠️ The same Credit window also opens when you click the Credit option directly from the profile menu.

Contact Us Tab

In the Contact Us tab, you’ll find a simple form to reach out to the Sayo Academy Support Team.

The form includes:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Message (describe your issue, question, or feedback)

Once filled, click Submit to send your message directly to the team.

📬 Use this section whenever you need technical help, account assistance, or want to give feedback.

Signing Out

Click Sign Out from the profile menu to safely log out of your account.
Make sure to do this especially when using shared or public computers.

✅ Tip: All profile updates and connected account changes are saved instantly, so you don’t need to refresh or reopen the page after editing.
